Maintenance Agreement
Able Well is pleased to announce that we are now offering a
3 year or a 5 year maintenance program. We at Able Well feel
that by giving your system a yearly checkup, our trained
professionals will be able to catch any problems that may be
about to surface, take corrective maintenance and potentially
increase the life of the major components i.e. pump and tank.
The program includes yearly checkup of the well system along
with the added bonus of a 10% discount on any service, parts
and labor you may require during the life of the contract, up
to a maximum of $300.00 per job. You will also receive preferred
customer status and an exemption from weekend, holiday or
emergency service rates.
This plan is also transferrable. If you move to a different
house with a well system, you can bring your remaining time
with you, it’s yours.
Our maintenance program is available to anyone with a well
system within a 70 mile radius of Elk River or Foreston.
Outside of this range a minimal trip charge will be applied.
Also, feel free to call the office if you have any question
about the maintenance program. We will be more than happy to
answer them.
Maintenance Agreement includes:

- Minor adjustments if needed
- Written report of findings and recommendations
- 10% discount on service, parts and labor any time during life of contract (max $300 per job)

- Above all you will receive professional, personal and courteous service
* Checkup consists of electrical and diagnostic pump check,
check all other electrical components, check pressure tank,
air charge if necessary. Does not include parts or labor to
install any new parts if needed.
